I purchased this dish set from Amazon.com with the understanding that I would be able to have a problem solved if a problem arose. The store has not and will not get back to me on a broken packed dish. I have called and sent 4 emails and there has not bee a response. I purchased an eight setting set and I paid for it in full. I now have a seven setting set. The business just took the money and there is no recourse. I have asked for a replacement for one dish! Amazon just keeps sending me emails asking me to review this store and product. So now you have it. I will never again purchase an item from this store or Amazon. DO NOT BUY from Bealls Florida. Dinner set is just ok. Not packed properly so some may arrive, like mine, broken.
