I bought this rack to go with an entry way bench.
I just finished installing the wall-mount rack. I would have returned it back to Amazon if I wouldn't have opened the package and put the nails in the wall.

The Wall mount rack (including package) has several flaws:
1) The paper template that came with this product was incorrect. I was able to figure out that template didn't have a straight line for the holes to be drilled. I corrected that error by using a level. However, the distance between the holes in the actual rack and template didn't match. I wasn't able to catch this, and put the left side hole based on template which was off by 1/8 of an inch.
2) If it was designed correctly, there would have been a back plate and the rack would have slid on it to fit. However, trying to adjust the rack on the nails/screws turned out to be an art. I won't be able to hang any heavy stuff on this rack, it just isn't sturdy enough.
