I did receive the item on time the first time via FedEx but the bottom of the box was ripped opened and taped shut poorly. The FedEx man left it at my door without a signature so I coulnd't jsut send it back because as I suspected where that hole in the box was there was a huge scratch and dent in the mirrored base along with a lot of dirt on it.

After a few emais I got instructions on how to get a return for my damaged base (everything else was fine). I was told in an email to use the same FedEx tracking number and I would get the product shipped on the following Tuesday ( I got the original the previous Friday). Well I check the Fed Ex number on Tuesday and nothing new...then I checked it on Wednesday and nothting new. I emailed them Thursday and they said the replacement bases they recieved were not "perfect" and they did not want to send me something I would be unhappy with. So they said they would be getting a shipment in on the following Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and went and nothing new so I again eamiled them and again they said the bases were not good enough to ship but promised me on the following Tuesday they would have a shipment in and they would be able to ship it then. I waited until Tuesday and nothing new so I emailed them without waiting and they responded fairly quickly that the sipment was in and I would be recieving it by Friday.

Well the 'perfect' base I waited for for so long and after so many e-mails finally came. To my disappointment the is a dent near the center of the middle of it visible if you look straight down on it. I decided to just keep it and live with the flaw as they are obviously no going to be ablt to ever get a 'perfect' one. I did e-mail the company and tell them of mhy disappointment and no one ever responded back.

So overall,...its a nice table but not really worth the hassle of getting it and I doubt a 'perfect' one is even out there.
