I have a dog who likes to dig so i don't like spending a lot on rugs. The design is fab - very mod and "now" - quality is a bit...hairy for lack of a better adjective. It does shed a bit and isn't very thick - definitely recommend a carpet pad for underneath to keep it in place. Overall, great purchase for the price and color/pattern is accurate.
