I slept on it for a week - I have a bad back & hips - and the bed was fantastic. Very comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping. I bought a mattress pad for it, which I also think made a difference. I had to add some air once during the week. I have a queen Aerobed with a built-in pump, so this was a little more work, but I'd purchase it again.
