This bean bag was ordered as a birthday gift for our six year old grandson - therefore, having it monogrammed was extremely important.

After placing the order, we were contacted by the Beanbag Company. We gave them complete details on the monogram we wanted.

However, after telling us that the deliverery would delayed because of the monogramming process, the chair arrived within the specified time - WITHOUT the monogram.

We called the company twice to let them know and they NEVER returned our call. We ended up having to go out and pay another $18 to have a monogram added ourselves.

We were NOT very happy and think this type of service and lack of response was terrible!

We'll think twice about ordering another product from this company and have told others of our experience.
