I took a chance on getting this linen tower because there were no reviews on it yet. By the online pictures it would surely serve the purpose that I needed it for. I opened the box and was excited about putting this together. I'm one of those ones who loves building things. Anyway, this tower is really in two parts - once you put the bottom part together, you then attached the upper half. Once I got the first half done, I felt that the top half would be a piece of cake. I WAS WRONG! The hardware included did not go with this unit and I was terribly disappointed that I had gotten this far only to learn I couldn't put the upper portion together with the included hardware. I followed the instructions to the letter. Also, I have built enough furniture over the years to know that the hardware included was incorrect. It wasn't worth the hassle to return it so I went in my toolbox and found 6 brackets (3 on each side) to secure the upper portion to the lower base which took another hr. to complete. Once it was together, it looked nice.

I'm hoping that the hardware I received with this unit was just a small oversight on the part of the packers and isn't like this for all of the packages.
