For the price, this is a wonderful rug (I got the 8x10 with multi color squares.) You will want to use some carpet tape or tack it down with heavy duty staples and pull firmly so that you get out any creases. Once you do that it looks gorgeous and like it is much more expensive than it actually is. Very stylish.

I can't speak to the durability because I've only had it for a month, but I'm sure liking it so far. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that you can see that it's not quite as thick as a more expensive rug.

UPDATE: Changing my review to 5 stars because, over a year later, the rug still looks great. It is wearing well and I'm very pleased. Any spills have cleaned up off of it nicely and it seems like it'd going to really last. A great bargain for a really nice looking and durable rug.
