This is a great little towel cabi.
The unit is very lightweight so can be easily transported if needed.

DESCRIPTION
Exterior Dimensions: 17.5"W x 10.5"D x 14"H Iterior Dimensions: 14.5"W x 7"D x 9.5"H (the wire baskets will divide the 9.5" height into two roughly 4.75" sections)
The interior is metal. There is no "coating" in the interior of this cabi. The exterior is plastic.
There are two metal wire baskets that divide the unit into two sections. My personal preference is to use the unit without the baskets making one large storage area so I can put bulkier items in the cabi. Without the trays I've been able to warm two flat sheets, four rolled facial-sized towels, a neck roll, and an eye pillow simultaneously and also not had trouble with items falling out while removing an item.
A plastic drip tray inserts under the unit to collect moisture but moisture doesn't seem to be a problem so I haven't to empty the tray.

The door is mounted to open to the right. It opens and closes silently so will not disturb the client. Also, the door is not on a spring so won't loudly snap shut while removing items (it's annoying when that happens during a session).

WARM UP:
Warms up quickly. Towels were heated through within about hour or so.
The exterior of the cabi stays cool. After an hour and a half it is pleasantly warm on the top and a little bit on the bottom but is by no means going to scorch anything it's sitting on or near.

MISC.
During unpacking I noticed a strong plastic smell (nothing out of the ordinary, consider it the "new cabi" smell). It went away after running the unit for about two hours. I highly recommend running the cabi for a few hours over a couple days to make sure the smell is gone before using it with a client present.

The only drawback I can see is there is an aluminum lip on each side of the cabi where the upper metal basket sits. It's great when the basket is in the cabi but I removed it a couple times to put in larger items. The lip is rather sharp so I had to be very careful about not sliding my hand along it as I reached in and out of the cabi.
